I do understand your request.
At the moment this is not possible but there is hope.
It is quite possible that Solid Works Corporation in the future will change the user interface so fillets and chamfers will be created from the same feature manager. This improvement might be implemented in SW2018, and IF it is, then you will most likely be able to use this selection tool also when making chamfers. But until then you are out of luck.

As Thomas Voetmann says, it's not available in Chamfer, there is no option to turn it on.
What I have just discovered you can do, is use the Fillet tool first, make your selections using the smart pop up & click OK. Then you can edit the fillet & switch it over to Chamfer in the options at the top. I think this might be an option in the later versions of SW.
Remember there is an option in selecting that you can select through faces, you most likely will not have to rotate the model around to select all four corners. I might have modeled that part with the chamfers created in the part sketch. Sketch Rectangle, select Sketch Chamfer, (box) select the rectangle.

Thanks, I realise that. My answer was just to help Ali Mehraban who wanted to use the quick populate pop up from Fillets in Chamfers.
The part I posted doesn't have chamfers or fillets, it was just one I picked from our library to test on & found you could use the fillet option with smart populate first & switch to chamfer after.
Kevin, I mistakenly responded without checking to be sure my answer was offered globally, not as a alternate suggestion or contradiction to your post. My apologies if it was taken in that manner.
So I thought in SW2016 or SW2017 you do get a pop up like what he showed. I'm still a little confused as to what he's after. I know in SW2015 when you select an edge to do a radius on you get several options about adding more or all edges to the selection. I'm wondering now if that still works in 2017

Did you try to Filter just "Edges"
I was also going to suggest using filters, but now I really want to try the cool Kevin Pymm trick!
I believe/hope that chamfers "behaving" like fillets might happen in 2018 - Beta should be starting soon, can't wait to check on this!

I think you will have to be patient and wait until SW combine the fillet and chamfer feature interface. Perhaps in SW2018.
