You have three surface bodies. They have to be Knitted together before you can add the Fillets.
If you mean the corners of the surface, then that should have been part of your original surface. Or trim yours with the proper trim tool.
However, you can do that one after the thicken as well.
unfortunately,..you can't mirror a trim.. or that type of feature.... the functionality has been requested FOREVER.. ...such is the user request model which marketing loves to promote... that is, less than 1/10 of the users know how to use surfacing = snails pace in adding functionality
...so, the workaround is to create geometry to make geometry
..anyhow.. for surfacing... you have to manually create geometry to get things to work... such as, .. adding a surface to create or assist in making the corner/blends.. (vid attached)..
