Hydrophobic and Hydrophilic Surfaces or Materials

Hello, I'm trying to create 2 separate materials or surfaces for Flow Simulation, where one is hydrophobic and one is hydrophilic.  I'm running a simulation of two Non-Newtonian fluids where one is attracted to the hydrophilic side and one is attracted to the hydrophobic side.  I have not been able to find a way to do this with wall boundary conditions, and I'm not sure how to setup the parameters of a porous material so they resemble hydrophobic or hydrophilic properties.  Is there something I'm missing, or can anyone give me some more information on this issue?

Thank you!
