If you see overall, you can see reduction in the stress. Try increasing the fillet and run the study again.
yes i know that when i increase the fillet radius , stress value there by decreases.
it is true about the increasing radius of fillet.
but my question is wheather the stress is maximum in case of fillet or without fillet.......
without fillet, you get something that is called stress singularity.
Each time you refine your mesh, you will get a higher stress...
According to theory of elasticity, stress in such corners is infinite and with cosmos you get a value because of the mesh that is only a simplification of reality.
To sum up, without fillet, finite element methods cannot give an estimation of the stress.
With a fillet, stresses will be different, and if you refine your mesh, you will converge to a value that is the correct stress.
