I want to draw a profile of compound parabolic concentrator using following equations;
x = R*(sin(ϕ)-M(ϕ)*cos(ϕ))
y = -R*(cos(ϕ)+M(ϕ)*sin(ϕ))
M(ϕ)= ϕ for 0≤ ϕ ≤ 2π/3
and M(ϕ)= (π/2+π/6+ϕ-cos(ϕ-π/6))/(1+sin(ϕ-π/6) for 2π/3 ≤ ϕ ≤ 4π/3
Can anyone help me to draw the profile using equation driven curve option in Solidworks?
