How to I make a pattern adapt to a curve surface

Hi everyone,

Probably this question was already made, but I rely on your support on this.

I'm trying to model a cabinet luggage case, and since it is produced by vacuum forming, the pattern I have on the front surface will have be present at the side and top faces.

However I can't figure out how I should do it.

As you can see from the image the cutted indentations should keep their path to the side and top faces.

I also did a honeycomb pattern but I can't model in the curves ( the pattern and the dome don't keep up with the fillets)  in side faces.

Attached I'm sending the files with which I am struggling.

How can I do this?
