Files details not showing when office add-in is enabled

When we have the office pdm add-in enabled and then open word or excel and click file then open, browse to our vault, and view files I only see the file names. Details view is selected but I don`t see the details for the files and folders. If i open explorer and browse to the vault and view files that way I can see details. If i remove the pdm office add-in and then click file open and view files I can see the details.
