We are using SW 2017, SP 3.0. This is a drawing created using SW 2015, the 10-32 hole was put in using the "Hole Callout" feature. Now using the 2017 version of the "Hole Callout"  (orange dimension) only places the through hole measurement. We can no longer get the thread size to show on any drawing and cannot find a setting to correct it.
