In YouTube video I saw PM is straight away going to 2nd window. In my one 1st it is going to 1st window after clicking a point on the sketch only it going to 2nd window. What is the reason?
Therefore SolidWorks doesn't have to ask what sketch to use for the Revolve.
Didn't your instructor cover this the first day of class? (It is the same behavior for most all of the features.)

Try selecting the line in the sketch you want to use for the Revolve instead of a point.

Once again you forgot to give the url to the video and the time step where the action in question occurs.1. The presenter as a centerline in the sketch.
2. The presenter is either still in the active sketch when they go to Revolve, or they have the sketch highlighted in the browser history when they click Revolve.
Therefore they are not being asked by SolidWorks to either select an existing sketch or create a new sketch for the Revolve.
Straight away it is going to revolve-cut. In my one it was not case.

Okay I got the idea. Thank you for the help.
Is it possible all the time without exit from the sketch mode straight away going to feature mode?
My instructor taught me to come out from sketch mode to place features.
Sweep and Loft require multiple sketches.
