DimXpert - general tolerance does not work

DimXpert should put dimensions according to ISO 2768-2 standard. Instead of that, it always put +-.50 tolerance and it does not matter if you set fin, medium, coarse, or very coarse tolerance. I literally tried everything to force SolidWorks to work properly, but I failed.

On attached photo you can see that all dimensions, small or big, are +-.50, not +-.30 or +-.20 as it should be.

Help please!
