Loft is not coming generating an error message.
I knew this was going to be your next question.. Don't think you want to use Sketch1 as a guide curve. You can use it as a centerline but due to the intricacies of the spline you aren't going to get the results you want.
Are you quite certain you want to use a loft for this? Not a sweep?

I just experimenting what is in the loft help file nothing else. Feature includes circles with various diameter that was why I used loft.
