No - I would assume somebody is overriding the quantity link..
This is a screenshot of a freshly inserted BOM. It's only this one detail that is doing this.
Then check the Custom Property Tab and see if it's linked with something else.
Ah yes I understand now. The weird thing is I noticed one property was set to .5 and changed it to a 1 but it didn't update the BOM so I figured it was a bug. Thanks for your help and to Sergio as well!
In the properties of a part or assembly model you can link the quantity value to be shown on BOM to a custom property assigned to a file.
May be in your part the BOM quantity is linked to some property.
