Now, this is getting REALLY ANNOYING...
I have sw2009 sp1.0 installed ... (so PhotoView is included)
(I have the "older" package meaning: SolidWorks Office, with PhotoWorks included since 2003 by the way)..okay..
Now when I try to start PhotoView... "SolidWorks PhotoVew 360 cannot run without a valid SolidWorks licence.." sounds familiar ?????
I'M CONVINCED, THAT I REALLY DO HAVE A PROPER LICENCE, AND YES...
I'M surely entitled to use PhotoView (PhotoWorks included in my Office package).
Someone told on this forum that SolidWorks sp1.0 solves these problems..
WELL, what do You think, ..what might my opinion be on this matter?
Now it is time to do something to get rid of this rediculous problem.
Waiting some answers to this....
And no..I'm not going to attach any screencaptures of this problem. I think this is obvious enough.
And just for your information: windows XP (sp3.0), solidworks 2009 sp1.0 and MSOffice programs are installed on a brand new har disk, totally virgin and clean installation.

Maybe I'll check that...
Kind of dejavu feeling here....feels like the merrygoround is starting again.
Hope I'm wrong..
The other thing to try is to reactivate SolidWorks (or deactivate it, then reactivate it). I had to do this when I installed the upgrade to SW2009 Professional from Standard. After this it worked fine.
I got it figured out...
activated my software once again ... and after that PV is working OK now.
(By the way..so far SW2009 seems to be the release with many various difficulties when installing ... at least for me anyway. ... or maybe I'm just getting old and slow
