I'm going through the o-rings that come with the Toolbox, but it seems that the smallest one has 6.1mm ID:
How come the Toolbox doesn't come with smaller o-rings, e.g., 2mm ID, 3mmID, etc.?
My guess is that when the Solidworks creators looked at the industry, they didn't see a lot of those small O-rings in use.
They are really easy to model. And you might even be able to add one yourself that is controlled by a design table.
Personally, I don't use the toolbox.
You need to select diff. kind of o-ring
If you have been using the toolbox and being able to easily change o-rings is important to you, you can do a save as for one of the existing o-rings to create your new parts and then edit the size to get what you want.
As Dan Pihlaja stated you can create your own. I have attached a copy I made a while back. All you have to do is add the dimensions to the design table and you can have as many as you want.
You can select ANSI Inch which includes small size - see below image - .081" is closed to 2mm
