I have a SolidWorks drawing file with multiple sheets. When I export as DWG file, the result will be same as solidworks sheets(Multiple sheets). But I need to put all sheets in to Autocad single sheet. Is there any way to do that?
Sorry there is no macro or solution available. You might have to do manually OR in case if you want a solution, you would have to pay for that.
Thanks for your reply.
Is there any third party applications to buy?
can you recommend that?
I'm not aware of any but if you're interested in getting one build then check with Keith Rice, Rajat Jain, Artem Taturevych, Amen Allah Jlili, Josh Brady, Ivana Kolin, Viktor Bovzdarenko
You can try #TASK - Merge Drawings
Merge drawings will combine sheet from various SW drawings into one drawing with multiple sheets.
Hi Krishna Muralli
Send me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get started
Okay understood. Thanks for your responses
Is there any way to put all solidworks drawings in to single sheet in solidworks?
Not possible with customized program and I won't recommend doing that.
The following attachment will help you to open a new drawing document and copy the sheets from the drawing document available in the folder given as input .
It will not copy all drawing document to a single drawing sheet ,as you asked
When different dwg files created by SW combined into one by copy-paste there is a chance to get unwonted interference between internal DB’s and some sheets will be spoiled. To avoid this issue I would recommend insert all additional sheets as blocks.
