Alumina is in the aluminum alloys area in material db in solidworks. Alumina is a ceramic material not an alloy. That said I love the new materials database but I would like to see some common ceramic materials like Alumina, zirconium and carbide.

Magnesium casting are pretty common and nickel alloys such as Inconel 625, mp35n and the like would be nice too.

I would also like to see rare earth magnetic materials like neodymium and samarium cobalt.

I am not sure if I am in the extreme minority. Should this be an enhancement request?

I think it sure would go a long way to making the material database more usable.
