This fillet lost its edge but is still on the model somehow. There is no warning that it lost its edge. Worst is that it is filleting the wrong edge.

SW2015 SP5:

 

have a user that states:  "This fillet lost its edge but is still on the model somehow. There is no warning that it lost its edge. Worst is that it is filleting the wrong edge."

 

anyone seen this or have thoughts?  Obviously we just delete it and re-apply, but disconcerting when it is applying the fillet to an edge it wasn't intended for.  As shown below,  there is no edge showing as selected, so not even a minuscule edge has been pre-selected...odd
