Installation failed

The installation guide reads...

Installing MS Access 2010 SP2 Runtime

While installing SOLIDWORKS CAM 2017, if a supported version of MS Access is not detected by the Installation Wizard, then the Installation Wizard will install a Runtime version of MS Access 2010 SP2 first and then install SOLIDWORKS CAM 2017.

I currently do not have MS Access, and I was hoping that the above mentioned runtime version would install, but all that got installed was Feed and Speed Library.

Please advise if I need to get my own version of MS Access, or if the failed install is because of another possible issue.

Thanks in advance
