I'm trying to remove some lines that aren't visible in the 2D sketch and only show up after I extrude. Is there a way to combine, merge or remove those lines into the curve?

And I'm trying to fillet the bottom corners, is it possible to do after the 3D protrusion has been made? Untitled.png

I'm attaching my file, not to have it done for me, just in case this turns out to be a isolated case

EDIT: Ok, i removed the lines on the tip of the balcony looking thing from the 2D sketch (Center Red Arrow). Apparently, my ARC and the center circle bled over each other. I zoomed in and trimmed it off.  But still, that other line where my ARC starts after the straight lines is what i'm trying to merge together.
