that is correct it's just scale up so that you view it much better. if your new to simulation i recommend you to watch this solidworks step-up series is a good learning videos
Simulation plots, by default, have a larger deformation scale applied to them so you can visually see the displacement of the model. If you want to see the actual displacement you right click on the displacement plot, go to 'Edit Defintion', and set the 'Deformed Shape' option to "True Scale". This would show the actual bend as you might see in real life.
