This is my first post on this forum, so please bare with me.
One of the users on our CAD work station is unable to activate Realview, as it is greyed out. Our system is compatible with Realview, and we have been able to activate it on other users on this system so it isn't an issue with the hardware.
Processor: Intel I7-6700 @ 3.40Ghz
Graphics: Nvidia Quadro K420
Software version: Solidworks 2017 SP3.0
Has anyone else encountered this before, if so can it be corrected?
