I'm trying to make a sweep cut, but I can't seem to get the profile and path lined up. Profile is sketch 23 path is the helix/spiral. It doesn't show any option for a pierce relation.

Box select the point at the intersection of the lines then single select the spline
The intersection of the construction lines in sketch 23? I selected that and the helix. It doesn't show a pierce relation.

You might want to rethink your profile.
Are you Ctrl selecting? You should be.
You do want the point at the intersection.
This is what I'm doing.
I've also tried selecting all the lines in the sketch. Same result.
I think you are doing a crossing box select. You just want the point only. If you just hover your cursor over the center of the rec you will see the point highlight. Then select it and with the control key held down select the helix.
