How do I determine break away force or torque between two cylinders in contact with an interference fit? Coefficient of friction is .6.
you can ask the program,-> rmb on results, contact force, use a reference and see if it will give you the radial force then multiply by 0.6.
Barring that, plot the contact pressure, use the "list selected" tool and get the average contact pressure and again multiply by the area & the coefficient of the friction. Solving for the break away torque would be challenging though not impossible.

Be sure to use the 'shrink fit' contact set to establish the interference.
This is a good application for 2D simplification.
