A little off topic but ... I have a hard time remembering all of the different options when it comes to doing almost anything and how the Ctrl/Alt/Shift keys relate. Being a keyboard shortcut junkie I tend to use mostly all of my shortcuts there but Dan brings up a valid point that the rotate function works the same way from the mouse (thanks for that) and has the same ability to be modified with the use of different keys.
There's so much to SW I hardly ever know where the list of the things I've forgotten should begin ...
Turn Camera - Ctrl-Alt keys and middle mouse button drag. This is only available when you are viewing a camera view and are either editing the view or have turned off "Lock camera position except when editing" in the camera definition
