I have fixed the problem by increasing the length from 2.5 to 3. But I am thinking how you are able to do with 2.5.
When I measure my example - I get a different measurement than what you show in you image.
Why do you think I get a different measurement?
Do you think that there are any advantages to using geometry (constraints) rather than dimensions?
Perhaps an experiment in geometry will help.
Start a new file.
Create the sketch as shown.Did you need to dimension the line highlighted in orange to fully constrain the sketch?
go to Evaluate>Measure and set the number of decimal places to 8 decimal places.
Measure the line shown highlighted orange.
What measurement do you get?
In your Sketch11 in the file that you attached - what dimension did you use for this distance?
Is there a difference between the measured value and your dimensioned value?
I do not know advantages to using geometry (constraints) rather than dimensions.
What is the purpose of going for such a precise measurement when end use does not demand it?
