Hi Louanne Collins,
It seems you cannot click on the Task Pane and drag it as the 'clickable' portion in task pane is hidden by the windows taskbar.
In windows settings click on "automatically hide the taskbar". This will magically move task pane to middle of the screen.
I tried it in windows 10 and it works.
From there you should be able to (left-click hold) drag it back to the right side. The icon as you're dragging will change when it's in the right place.
