I want to create the attached part as a sheet metal part (the example is NOT sheet metal).

I need to create the indentations shown along the formed length of the sheet metal part to act as stiffening features (obviously the features will be different than what is shown here).

How can I accomplish this? I do some very simple sheet metal modeling here.
