Where can I find a list of all changes and fixes of SW2017 SP3?
NO but this one https://www.solidworks.com/sw/support/subscription/ServicePackMaintenanceNotes.html
Here Service Pack Maintenance Notes
Sorry for the delay. I'm on a business trip and away from my desk and PC and won't be back until another week or two.
And because of a lot of nonsense polices we're not allowed to login to the portal from any pc out of our office.
Does your link end up to this page?
SOLIDWORKS 2017 SP3 Release Notes
When I checked yesterday, they still only had the SP03EV Fixed SPR's available (the list should not change much)
When I checked just now, I found out that once again Deepak Gupta is refreshing his browser window until stuff is available . . .
Actually, it did show SP3 and not EV SP3 a couple of days ago. I don't know why they made the change.
When I checked last it was EV SP 3 but today when I stumbled (or basically refreshed per Todd) it was correctly showing SP 3.

Rick, SWX doesn't have an organized post for that. It is reported mish-mash here in this forum by us victims.
IMHO, it would benefit both SW and the Users if there actually was such a list. It would need to be kept "live" on a web page and updated as new brokes are discovered and/or fixed.
This starts with "It's English lesson time." But then it really makes the point for supporting Rick Becker's comment. This is golden!

I was thinking the same thing yesterday. I asked if we should create a list in this forum in the Fragile angle mates thread. Though, the problem with doing this in the forums is that it is really difficult to find what you are looking for if the thread gets too long, like the What are your most impressive tricks of solidworks, Please spread. thread. So, I agree it needs to be somewhere accessible and managed, but these forums may be the incorrect place to try to manage something like that.
I dont see why there just couldnt do a patch notes thread by the community mod and lock it, like you see on gaming sites etc.
