In other word if i want to spread the surface of this sphere on a plane, what is this dimensions like lenghts of sides?

If I understand your question correctly, you want to get the "flat-Blank" for this spherical part?
By definition, a spherical shape is a draw not a form (or bend). SW does not flatter draws.
Do you want to dimension the shape as a flat or as a formed part?
