Sharing Toolbox config & data between locations?

I am working with several designer at different locations on the same project. I have copied and modified a standard (fasteners) especially for this project. My question it how do I port this standard to the other locations. Where is the new standard saved on my system and is it just a matter of coping the folder to the other location to give them access to it?

You can modify the path of their toolbox to your machine.

  But that won't work for a couple reasons. We all work out of our homes and even though we all have cable connections the speed is still too slow to be productive. And I travel alot with my laptop so about 20% of the time I won't be connected at.

    You will need to put your toolbox in a network location that everyone can access.

      As I said in my previous post we all work remotely and are not on a common network.

        Can you put the common toolbox file on your network and have every user sync with it during off hours?

Well then best is to create a toolbox with all the required config of the parts you use and copy to everyone's machine.

  So do I just copy the folder specified in the "Hole Wizard and Toolbox folder" in System Options - Hole Wizard/Toolbox? Is this where all the toolbox setting are stored, like which standards are active ect.

Yes. But before doing that, make a copy of the tool box box database of he other machine. then after you have copied the data there, do a check by pulling out the fasteners/bearing, etc. and both the machine (i.e yours and the other machine) to verify they are working as desired.
