Hi Abdulqadir,
The error showing in your log files is this:
"CustomAction ISSQLServerInstall returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)"
It is something we would commonly see if you were installing SOLIDWORKS Electrical. If you do not SOLIDWORKS Electrical though and/or the Electrical SQL server system is not setup you would not want to install this (or install it yet). If you do not have SOLIDWORKS Electrical deselect it from the 'Product Selection' window of the install before proceeding with the install. If you have SOLIDWORKS Electrical you would want to check that the SQL server component has been installed and that there is no firewall blocking communication from this client to that server.
I apparently cannot Unselect the Electric option while installing it. It does not let me do that.
I do need the Electric part of SolidWorks.
Also, my college Tech department could not fix this issue too, they cited that there was not a SQL Server for it. They asked me to contact SolidWork's support to find a solution around that.
I am no expert in how to get a SQL server fixed.
You should be able to 'Change' the installed products to deselect that during an install unless you are upgrading an existing installation. If you are upgrading your installation you can either 1) modify the current installation to remove Electrical, or 2) Uninstall the software entirely then install anew to the upgraded service pack.
I'm guessing you are a student installing the education version? If so you need to contact your school IT or teacher.
If not a student, contact your VAR where you purchased the software.
