I'm troubled with this model's fillets, so I'm working on it for a couple of days and I'm not reaching the radius I want in an specific edge type that is repeated many times into the model. It's imported geometry with a part made in UX and another made in Rhino.
The thing is that I need to run a 0.5mm circular fillet (or the most similar) through a composed edge that seem not to accept it because of geometry issues.
The best I've been able to get is a variable fillet with 0.1mm radius at the ends and 0.5mm at the main edges or 0.49mm instead. Sometimes this generates very weird transitions and small fillets where they should be bigger.
It could even work, but the last section is being impossible to fillet with my resources... This edge is the one into the sample file.
It would be great to understand what I should change into my model or how to use the fillet tool in order of being able to run the redius I'm looking for.
