Quick fix needed ASAP!! (Solidworks 2014 Professional)
I cannot load fasteners from the toolbox into my models due to the tool box not being installed.
When I try to click the toolbox add-in I get the following error messages.
I am looking in the correct directory for the toolbox and the toolbox is in fact in that directory but cannot seem to load the tool box
.
If anyone has any idea how to get my toolbox back I would sure like to know how.

I have a professional version.
In that case, and given the software version, the most likely cause of these .DLL errors is the Windows Update KB3072630 released in July 2015. You would want to try going through this fix on your machine (GoEngineer - Fix for Issues Caused by KB3072630 (Windows Update)).
I have followed those steps but when I go to modify the installation I get this error message. Not exactly sure why. And as you can see in the picture I cannot change the location of the toolbox because it is greyed out.

I think we will just have to do what it tells us in this case. Try copying your toolbox from O:\SolidWorks Data to C:\SolidWorks Data. Then point SolidWorks to that location under 'Tools', 'Options', 'System Options', 'Hole Wizard/Toolbox'. Once you have done that apply the repair to your machine.
Now, it does seem as though there is a read or write access issue to your O-drive toolbox. I don't know what that is going to be as SolidWorks doesn't set permissions like that. However, you may be better off replacing the mapped drive path to O:\SolidWorks Data with the UNC path for \\Server_Name\SolidWorks Data instead as mapped drives have some inherent problems.
I would uncheck the make this folder the default location for toolbox. It may not fix this issue, but it will keep other bad things from happening.
Is there another computer with the same version of Solidworks that you can copy the solidworks data folder from? If you've had previous versions of Solidworks, make sure you are copying the correct solidworks data folder.
I had the same issue on a machine IT setup for a new user. I just copied the solidworks data folder from my machine and pasted it on the other machine.
I recall comparing the two folders and there were certain files/folders missing in the machine that had the error appear.
Just to clarify some points on my previous reply, this is to copy c:\Solidworks Data from one machine and replace c:\Solidworks Data on the other machine.
Our toolbox is in our vault, but since some of the files/folders from the c:\Solidworks Data folder were missing after install, the toolbox addin could not be loaded.
I've made an error in my previous reply, I thought I had taken the files from the solidworks data folder, turns out they were actually from the C:\Program Files\SolidWorks Corp\SolidWorks folder.
The items missing from the machine with the error, in my case, were fworks/sldutils/toolbox folders and sldrtadd.dll

When you go through the activation process (via 'Help', 'Activate License') what type of license does it report you have on this machine? It would be Standard, Professional, or Premium.
