Clicking active JOG tool on LHS of the line is creating a plane on the line (Sketch86). Whereas clicking RHS of the line is creating a bend. What is the reason for that?
Probably because on the left side it would extend past the bend relief, whereas on the other side its an open flange. You could experiment by reducing the length of the jog.
There is not enough material available before you reach the end of the relief cuts. You can adjust the height and angle of the jog to verify. Adjust the dims until the RH displays correctly or elongate the relief cuts until the jogs works then shorten to the minimum.
RHS = viable fixed plane/face.
LHS = not viable
