I've done this many times before, but SW2017 just fails on pretty much every feature of this part.
I've always had a hard time lining up the wrap pattern along the face of the part and coming out correctly. But now 2017 seems to have just given up...
This was cutting the slot in the proper place until I increased the instance count, now it's just being stupid.
Any clues?
Or better ways to do this?
Design Intent:
John... 2017 introduced a new "Spline Surface" option in Wrap,.. and, you either selected Spline Surface or.. it was/is the default?.
..anyhow,.. change it to "Analytical"

That did it. I forgot they did that and have been beating me head on this for way too long!
I must have checked that option when I was playing with the new features a while ago.
..yeah, I think the last change/choice becomes the default.. as with many of the functions,.. so, you have to note your option/choices.
