I don't know where you got the drawing from, but it is not a very good example of dimensioning. I would read that as the yellow as being part of the R6.35(do this second to last, before the R2). The top edge of the angle as R3, the bottom one as R5.
Your 6.4 diameter hole looks to be in the wrong place, as in the drawing it is under the top corner of the angles face.
EDIT.
In light of what Dan Pihlaja has highlighted, I'd say your fillet scheme is correct(non coloured version). Get the dims right he mentions and the hole will look more correctly positioned.
It looks like the 13 dimension is from the center of one fillet to the center of another fillet and NOT to the external edge of the part. It is a silly place to put a dimension. Who detailed this print?
Anyway, it looks like your distance from center should be 35 + 13 + 5 = 53. It looks like you only made it 35 + 13.
