Windows 10 Enterprise, SolidWorks 2016 SP0. When I execute the program, the splash screen appears, and displays (loading registry, registering license...) then disappears. Does it every time I launch it. I tried the following troubleshooting methods:

1. rename SolidWorks registry entry for current use to solidwork_backup so that it can create an entry - issue persists.

2. ran Windows compatibility tool, and the problem persists.

3. repair installation - problem persist.

4. uninstall > reboot > installed - problem persist...

5. This version of SolidWorks 2016 SP0 is supported for Win 10 Enterprise.
