Is it possible to talk to solidworks directly rather than my VAR?
My VAR has asked me to sign a document allowing them to refuse to support me on part of my solidworks product.
This seems to come from solidworks. It looks like the VAR has been forced into this position by solidworks.
I want to talk to solidworks directly about this because it seems to be in conflict with what should be provided in my annual maintenance.
Basically I think this is bad business practice by solidworks and i want to raise a dispute with them directly.
