I suspect that the sketch is open somewhere. (but don't know where)
I've been stuck on this for quite some time, any help would be greatly appreciated!
I did not examine your complete process because it uses some features which I don't. However, I think that this location may be ripe for investigation, as I found:
Thank you, I will investigate!
Although Tom Gagnon's correct that there is a line over a line in the 3d sketch. Christie Wong, Are you actually trying to cut extrude the 3d sketch?
Aha, I think I've found the reason/source of the overlapping line.
Yes, I am. I've made a practice cut on the front of the mouse.
When I opened it and deleted the extra line, I couldn't get it to cut, I tried once. I only tried to cut up to the "practice cut" though. there you are.
The extra line is the result of a projected curve (curve25). When projecting the planar sketch onto the surface, I had to project one sketch with two projected curves. I had trouble getting the entire sketch to project properly in one go.
That boggled me also as counter-intuitive, but I didn't have time to investigate how that works. That's why I excused my partial attention with first statement in my reply.
