    DWG and DXF converting.

      is there a way where i can convert my drawings where they fit on the sheet space.

          David, you might need to elaborate more.


          Are you asking for your 1:1 exported DXF to fit onto the sheet space within AutoCAD (or whatever 2D CAD program you are using)?  If so, that question is probably more about THAT software.  In that case, you would either want to change the dimensions of your sheet space or perhaps change your viewport to a smaller scale.

           

          If you are asking about making something fit onto a SolidWorks sheet, if you go to the Sheet Properties (Edit --> Properties;  or just create a new sheet)  then you can change the size and scale of your sheet from that menu.

              Sorry,

              I meant was; as an example, I have a typical size B drawing in solidworks and I want to turn it into a dxf or dwg where the solidworks B size drawing will fit onto the sheet size B in the dxf or dwg. Do I have to use individual solidworks sheet drawings to fit in the model space of DWG or DXFs.

              When you export to Dwg or Dxf check your options.(save as)
