In this video all 12 holes are automatically selected to cut in one go. It is not possible in my model. I have to select it one by one. How to select all holes automatically?

Select Sketch29... and delete.

Sorry, Still on 2014 so can't open. Your sketch must have an open contour hiding somewhere preventing it from simply extruding.

You have an issue with your sketch. If you check it, you will find that you have two circles on top of each other which is why you could only choose contour select. Even if I correct the sketch I couldn't get it to cut normally but had to delete the feature, retaining the sketch, & then do the extrude cut again & it worked as you expect.
For something like the shown image, I would use an extrude cut as well. My work is generally cutting straight thru holes with the occasional c'sink. Just a question but what might some of the advantage be to using hole wizard?
With hole wizard you can use it to drive patterns. EG in the assembly you populate one hole with all the fasteners, then you add a feature driven pattern and you're all done. Update the hole wizard feature with more/less instances, automatically updates your fasteners (and BOM)
Plus you can add the same hole to multiple faces in one feature.
When using multiple face (3dsketch) do you have to go in and dimension location afterwards?
Can you use an existing sketch (2d or 3d)?
Can you use points generated from the sketch entity/segment function?
Would you use fill pattern?

You can edit the 3D sketch while creating the feature, adding dims etc.
I started off using hole wizard by creating a sketch then placing the points for the hole wizard coincident to the sketch, works fine, but you end up with 2 sketches, I find it tidier just to do the sketch within the feature.
I would use fill pattern over hole wizard if I'm creating a vent or grill or likewise.
I'm not saying what I do is the best or the most correct way however. It's just what I've found to be most efficient in my workflow.
I have quit using just a Extrude Cut for any holes. The hole call out in the drawings is worth it for me. The only thing I use Insert/Model Items for.. You change the hole sizes or hole style and the drawing updates automatically.
I have a designer here who only makes the models, I have to do the drawings, and because he doesn't know the pain of doing drawings with extruded cuts instead of hole wizard he uses extruded cuts... nothing makes me angrier than that, especially when he doesn't even put in cosmetic threads to show it's a threaded hole so I have to guess what his intent was.
Simply put, if there's going to be a piece of hardware going in the hole/slot, USE HOLE WIZARD!
Turn 'Selected Contours' off. If it doesn't cut, there's likely something in your sketch that prevents it from cutting.
I'm having a hard time wondering why hole wizard is not being used for this.
