What is "Mirror1" mirroring?
Because when you mirror (or pattern) a mirror (or pattern), Solidworks automatically selects both the mirror (or pattern) AND the originating geometry.
I am guessing in your file, that Mirror1 is mirroring Draft2 and Fillet1, which would explain that phenomenon that you are seeing.
I would suggest always use Mirror "Body" unless that process deletes a feature that you need etc...
