What to do?
The downside to whatever you pick is that SW RX doesn't capture the crash and there is no way to share with SW the problem. Selecting either shows in RX that you shut down SW hastily.
I like how both options include "Close Program". I l guess there really isn't an option.
This seems like a Windows [resource?] problem maybe? And, perhaps SW doesn't know that Windows has spit up SW?
No win here.
I'd run Rx and send the report to VAR for further investigation
It happened to me before and the result would surprise you such as 3D mouse, window updates and outlook ...are the cause of the crash !
Once in awhile SW decides to not open drawings, it don't matter, assemblies, parts yeah - but no drawings. So I re-start, don't make a difference, I open up the assemblies first - no difference, completely shut down and restart the computer - no difference, re-start SW and open the assembly - Oh now it works - So nothing was changed nothing was saved and surely nothing was gained............
John Stoltzfus But you are wrong...experienced was gained! Maybe not 3DEXPERIENCE but experience!
Oh man - what's Ryan McVay - got to know about experience - Trolling the forums are ya now - lol
How things on your end? - Don't forget you're valued on this side of the fence
I like to take a stick to the hornets nest once in awhile just to hear the buzz!
You reckon they'll ever have a third option..... "Claim A Refund And Close"
Why would you want such a thing?
Has picking "Check online for solutions" EVER produced any useful (or any at all) results? I say no.
