How can I change the scale on SM box?
Naim... It looks like you won't be successful scaling sheet metal if you start with sheet metal (base flange, edge flanges, etc.). Your thickness and bend radii and any other sheet metal features are going to change with the scale which is different than what is specified in the "Sheet-Metal" feature and it would fail to flatten... If you start with a solid and convert to sheet metal then you can scale all you want to with the scale tool. Make sure the Scale feature is above the Convert-Solid. If you are going to have several size boxes and just want to scale to different size using same material thickness this may be the way to go. If you put cutouts/holes in you solid (impression or split line) they are going to scale with it so you may need to make configurations to keep the sizes the same. Now it gets a bit complicated. As a matter of fact it may be easier to start with sheet metal and configure everything. Dims, flanges, reliefs and so on.
Did you mean using the scale feature or just changing the dimensions?
You could insert a design table which will allow you to create multiple sizes of the box.
