Since couple of days ago, when I want to rotate my model by middle mouse bottom (or any other way) around principle axis (X, Y or Z) I just able to rotate that 180 degree.
AFAIK, there is nothing that limits that rotation. That would mean that it is most likely a video card/driver problem
Restart computer first.
Start SW in safe mode and see if that helps. or OpenGL mode.
Check that the video driver didn't automatically update in the background, that has happened to a few lost souls lately.
Thank you so much for your response.
I've never seen such a problem. this problem's emerged couple days ago, I restart my laptop bunch of times and even reinstall (uninstall +install ) the GC.
SolidWork Resource Monitor says everything regarding the hardware is OK.
The only change happened in couple of days with my SW is that I updated from SW 2017 to SW 2017 SP2.
I ran SW with OpenGL mode. same problem again.
Ehsan, if you read enough posts in the Forum you will see a clear trend the SW2017 SP2 is a piece of dog turd. Crashes, corrupt files, unexplained weirdness with some features.
The long and short of it is, go back to 2017 SP1 or SP0.
Finally, I found out if View>Modify>Rotate about Scene floor got check mark, it limits the rotation.
Thank you all.
