I only have 3 ansi inch and 3 iso choices. Is this correct?

You can make your own profiles and shapes and add to the library
The toolbox in SOLIDWORKS has a lot of profiles. It may have been renamed in 2015-6.
This is where I get my profiles from and add them to our standard library.
If you go to www.3dcontentcentral.com type my name in the search bar, take a look at the structural components, you can download all the different C Channels that are standard and available here..
