Font color on one of many of my drawings has changed to white. Why and how to change back. If I add a dimension it is white also.
Do you use layers ???
What are your layer settings - they should always be till you activate the dimension or note layer
Shown below make sure you have the default box checked
You can do it that way but it's just a bandage, I used to do that all the time as well and didn't worry or bother with layers till about a year ago, would never want to go back..
I use layers for inspection balloons, hidden items, and mark-ups. There is a great benefit to layers in SW.
The selection was just offered as addition info.
That was fine and glad you did - In the past I was a layer stiff and now I'm a layer junkie, now I got layers for everything.....

Thanks to all. That was it. Not sure how it got changed seeing I didn't even have that tool open.
Did you recently upgrade?
No, no updates. Was fine last Friday and today changed just on the one drawing. Strange but better now.
Could be that the drawing tool/option settings are different on that drawing template/format.. One thing to keep in mind is once you have your settings where you want them. Then do yourself a huge favor and Save your Drafting Standards and use the Copy Settings Wizard to copy your settings.. Then when something like this comes up reload your settings.
