Copying multiple surfaces with a single 0mm offset?

Hi everybody,

I have an imported surface body made of various faces (no knit to edit or supress) and I want to extract some of these faces and make them independent into the working space.

If I use the 0mm offset way, I'm not having the opion of unstich the offseted surfaces, so I'm getting a surface body again and the only option I have left is to offset them one by one or by non-adjacent groups.

Obviously this is not the right way, but I'm lacking surface tools to solve this... There must be a "unknit" tool or something similar that I'm not finding...

Seriously, I can't conceive this feature doesn't exists into SolidWorks, so by now I'm ignoring the 2009 thread that demands the unknit tool and I'm launching the question again... 8 years later... My apologies but this seems to be serious.

Thank you!!

PS: Even the "unknit" label is already created into the forum xDD
