Jose... I am guessing here.. in explorer can you RMB over the *.ifczip file name and using a decompression program like WinZip or 7-zip have a option to extract?
..or, rename the *.ifczip to *.zip and see if you can extract?
(btw,.. in my experience.. some of these ifc files are HUGE!... the instances of bolts/hangers/plates/nuts,... can be in the thousands!)
