SW2009 Error: Toolbox browser does not exist

I uninstalled 2008, deleted the "C:\Solidworks Data" folder and installed 2009 SP1. No toolbox. I was told to un-install and re-install 2009. You know, waste more of MY time farting around with SW installations issues as if I had nothing better to do. Still NO TOOLBOX.

Here is the error message:

The data folder C:\Program Files\SolidWorks Corp\Solidworks\toolbox\data\browser, which is required for Toolbox browser, does not exist.

When I go to Options->System Options->Hole Wizard/Toolbox, I get this error message:

Error: Could not find the Standards database 'C:\Program Files\SolidWorks Corp\Solidworks\data\databases\swbrowser.mdb

So, now what do I do?
